  • Built GovSift from scratch: one place to score federal contract opportunities, make Go/No-Go calls, and track deadlines and compliance.
  • Rolled it out agency-wide, replacing three commercial tools (Sweetspot, Vanta, GovWinHub) and the team’s pursuit spreadsheet.
  • Scored 100+ opportunities so far and tracking 2 active bids worth nearly $1M each.
  • Lesson: the team didn’t need more data, they needed one place to decide.

  • Built a dependency engine that puts every task for HR, managers, and new hires in the right order, behind approval gates and role-based row-level security.
  • Ran its first 2 employee offboardings end to end in production, with no one chasing the next step by hand.
  • Learned that when the data is about people, permissions are the product, not a setting.

  • Built a loop of scraper, qualifier, and writer agents that sends 1,000+ personalized emails a week, each with 2 follow-ups, and refills its own queue when 100 sends remain.
  • Routes high-intent replies straight to client sales teams through a reply-scoring agent, with about 10 minutes of human review per batch.
  • Takeaway: a short human check is what makes automated outreach safe to run at volume.
